It is always a plesure to go on a tour adventure with a guide who is passionate, knowledgable and entertaining. We got all of that any more during our cemetary tour with Randy! Handy Randy Knows All Questions

Reviewed March 3, 2016

Randy was one of a kind. Last night on our tour, he made a dreading two hour walk into a breeze that ended before we wanted. His knowledge and style on storytelling draws you in, and doesn't let go.  And of course, I'm that guy, the guy who asks a thousand plus questions, and Randy answered everyone. Didn't miss a beat, and it was impressive. I would highly recommend Randy Bibb as your tour guide. We found him through Magic tours, but the Magic was through Randy...     5/5.

Hidden Gem

Reviewed March 3, 2016

In my visit to New Orleans, I encountered many haunted tour groups during my nighttime strolls in the French quarter. Most were lead by overly-dramatic guides with goofy one-liners (often met with silence), struggling to make "history" exciting. Randy was different in the best of ways. He was clearly very knowledgable with genuine interest in the history and culture of the city. He can be trusted to give you honest information, many rooted in his own experiences in his years as a guide, and debunk the common inaccurate myths. His tours are a combination of fun, interesting, and informative. Randy welcomes questions throughout the tour, on or off topic, and demonstrates his knowledge of the all things New Orleans. I highly recommend him if you genuinely want to learn something and have a good time.

Garden District Tour

Reviewed February 16, 2016

On Sunday, 02/14/16, my husband and I took a New Orleans, Garden District tour led by Randy Bibb.  It was one of the highlights of our visit to New Orleans.  As many regular travelers know, the guide can make or break an experience, and Randy made ours.  Lots of history and an even-handed perspective of the elements that make the city what it is today.  The tour was presented in a entertaining fashion and plenty of humor made the two-hour tour over way too fast.  My husband and I would highly recommend Randy.  The Garden District tour he gave was a very enjoyable experience!

A sense of place.

Reviewed January 5, 2016

I love to travel. The geographer/historian in me is always seeking to learn the back story of the destination.  This desire is driven by the need to do all I can to develop a "sense of place" for the area, the narrative of the people and place so to speak. On a recent trip to New Orleans my wife and I, along with a very dear friend happened upon Randy as he began a tour of the Garden District. We asked if we could join up. Randy openly welcomed us with all the charm and grace that defines Southern hospitality . Randy's tour did not disappoint. We found him to be an exceptional tour guide, thoughtful, very knowledgeable and a skilled story-teller with a flair for the creating that sense of place and time that I was seeking. We were so impressed with his expertise and delivery we went on to hire Randy for a literary walking tour of the French Quarter which again exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Randy as a tour guide when visiting New Orleans.
