I booked Kuen for my elderly parents when they holidayed for 2 days in Malacca. Kuen was able to personalise their itinerary as they had limited mobility and tired easily. He was very accomodating while planning the trip and was very prompt in replying my emails and numerous requests. On the days of travel he even took photos and updated me on their activities. Thank you Kuen for taking such good care of my parents!

Kuen went out of his way to find great spots to take photos from even if it meant driving around in circles to get the best spot
He also made sure I had plenty of time to take the photos
We also tried local food
Being a female solo traveller having a private guide allowed me to customise my tour to see and do what I wanted which was very important to me
I would highly recommend kuen if you are coming to Kuala Lumpur
