Maxwell provided an excellent service for my parents while they holidayed in Penang for 2 days. He accomodated for their limited mobility issue and ensured they did not have to do much walking by arranging for buggy services where possible. He was able to plan a personalised itinerary according to my parents' interests. He provided updates while traveling with them and even took photos for them! I booked Kuen for my elderly parents when they holidayed for 2 days in Malacca. Kuen was able to personalise their itinerary as they had limited mobility and tired easily. He was very accomodating while planning the trip and was very prompt in replying my emails and numerous requests. On the days of travel he even took photos and updated me on their activities.
