The current situation regarding Covid-19 is fast evolving. We recognize that with the WHO declaring this disease as a global pandemic, many of you will be reconsidering your travel plans.

To give you peace of mind while booking your holiday, we are increasing the flexibility of cancellations of the tours.

For all bookings made anywhere in the world made from now until 31 December 2020

  • In case your travel is disrupted due to Covid related travel restrictions, including quarantine requirements and
  • You cancel the booking with at least 48 hours’ notice

The following policies will apply-

  1. In case the tour is originally booked under the “Flexible” cancellation policy:
    • You will receive a full refund to the mode of payment used to make the booking.
  2. For other tours which are under a more stringent cancellation policy such as “Moderate” or “Strict”:
    • the refund will be made only on approval from the service provider. In these cases, it is possible that any refund may be reduced by any out of pocket expenses that the guide would have to bear.
