About me

My full name is Yordanos Mekonen.I am originally from Mekele, Tigray.I worked as a tour guide for a while in the Tigray region, around Abrha we Atsbha rock-hewn church that is located in the district of Wikro and Debre Damo Monastery, which is found around Adigrat city.I am a native speaker of Tigrigna and a fluent speaker of English and Amharic, which helps me understand and interpret things quickly.

I started residing here in the Afar region since 2020.During my stay, I worked as a promoter and freelance guide.I give a brief explanation about places and let my guests spend a wonderful time.I try to explain the culture of the residents of the desired area to be visited, and I try to reflect everything as much as possible and show whatever there is to see.
