I have been with the local travel industry in the Philippines since 1996 and even before graduating college I was offered a job by a local travel agency.I have a Bachelors degree in Tourism from one of the prestigious schools in Manila and I have had a passion for travel ever since I was young (imagine a 9 yr old kid riding the light rail transit just for the sake of knowing the route, that was me), and I have always made it a point to know the routes, trivia, interesting tidbits and the local food of the place I visit (I can confidently say that I do not get lost, Im like a human GPS with my remarkable sense of direction).I have been a tour guide for local tourists and for the past couple of years I managed to secure my Department of Tourism accreditation, I am also the official tour guide of the MWR contractor here in the Philippines and I have rendered my services to the crew of USS Frank Cable, USS Blue Ridge and I had the pleasure of being the tour guide for the skipper of the USS Essex and also recently has been the official tour guide for the First lady of the Philipines and her daughter. I have been anywhere in the Philippines and hope to share my knowledge and considerable experience to you traveler, and I will make sure that you enjoy what our country has to offer.(note: I am the one at the picture, taken from Sagada, Mountain Province)
