We booked Polina to tour us around Peter and Paul Fortress. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children under 12 years old. Here rate was very reasonable - the most reasonable of the 4 proposals we received. She was knowledgeable of Peter and Paul Fortress. As she took us around the prison cells, she allowed us to experience what it would be like to be in solitary confinement, to be inside a cell, and she told us stories of particular inhabitants and what happened to them or how they died. She made the tour interesting and showed us the tombs of the czars, including the Romanovs. At the end, we had told her where we were having a meal after (Koryushka) and she surprised us as she arranged for an electric car from the restaurant to pick us up. Would book her again!

Tom was friendly and resourceful. While we had our tour with him on a day where there were road closures due to the Warsaw marathon, he found a way to get us around Warsaw. He even gave us a lift in his private car and directed us to areas that we could explore further on our own. He was knowledgeable with history and sites and he tried to make it interesting for the children in our group. He didn't push our group to move along, so because of this, I think our group went a little too slow and ended up not seeing everything we had planned. This is good and bad at the same time. We didn't feel pressured but I think it would've been better if he managed our time too. Nevertheless, I would book him again in the future.
