My family & I were in Jogjakarta for 5 days earlier this month. Darwin was our tour guide all the way. He came across as a very friendly, knowledgeable person & was keen in enhancing his knowledge. He is very patient & accomodating; he rescheduled the tour according to our requirements for the day & yet covered the entire itinerary of the package. 

We had Darwin for our time in Indonesia and Bali.  He always had a smile and was always very happy.  He took good care of us especially those with mobility difficulties.  He was very knowledgable and strived to give everyone individual attention.   

My wife and I have been on over 100 journeys in more than 125 countries with more than ten different tour groups.  We have had seventy-one (71) tour directors.  We know what it takes to be a good tour director.  A poor tour director can make a good trip very poor and a good tour director can make poor tour be very good.  Darwin has all the attributes needed to be an excellent tour directorand he knows how to use them.  Ours was a group of many professionals with many independent ideas, likes and dislikes and were very vocal about al of them and about the individual attention they thought they deserved.  Darwin handled the many situtions they created in a very proper and professional manner.  I enjoyed his leadership ability and the way he hnalded many teuous situations.  I'd love tohave the opoportunity to travel with hm again.
