From the time I started communicating with the owner of the company,Sarath, I knew we had chosen well. Sarath patiently answered any queries and gave us very good advice on our proposed trip to Sri Lanka. Our driver, Ranjan, was excellent. He was a very good and careful driver and an extremely knowledgable tour guide. He was sympathetic to our needs and most kind and caring to our family including my 80 year old mom who was holidaying with us. Our thirteen day holiday in Sri Lanka was definitely a highlight of our travels world wide. This was thanks to Sarath and Ranjan who went the extra mile to make our holiday so memorable!

It was pleasure to know hassle free travel service. All drivers were great and used to do dual jobs - tourist guidance obviously in addition to driving. Sarath is great human being with excellent knowledge and network in tourism. I am just booking our 2nd holiday with him. The good thing that I have noticed there is no hidden fee or complicated deals. The package is dead simple and flexible. Dharma was amazing. In summary, they are going the extra mile in customer service.

Dear Sarath, We have had the most amazing experience. The organisation and thoughtfulness was outstanding! From the moment we booked to our departure nothing was too much trouble. Our driver Dahma, was, well there aren't words to describe. As 2 girls travelling on our own we felt safe and looked after at all points, he would stop at any point for us to take pictures, change our journey plans when we felt we had seen enough Temples.
