On the north coast there are some great and interesting ruins.  Problem is some are not easy to get to, to find and have enough historical context. Solution: hire Raffaele, he knows where these sites are, how to get to them and has extensive archeological and historical information he can impart. To me this is the only way to visit these off the beaten path but interesting sites. Chances are Raffaele and you will be the only people there.

I arranged for Rafaelle to take us on a tour to Vesuvius and Herculaneum with my husband and children aged 11 & 9. We had a wonderful day. Rafaelle made this trip so much more interesting than if we'd done the tour on our own. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic and he made it a day we will always remember. I just wish we'd had more time in Naples so that we could explore more with him. I would recommend Rafaelle to anyone.

Our group of four people from California were so pleased to have enlisted the services of Raffaele during our July 2018 trip to Italy!  He made history come alive during the fours days that he guided us through the Vatican, Colosseum and Roman Forum, Pompeii and the National Archaeological Museum of Naples.  His expertise in "skipping the line" saved us countless hours of standing in long lines.  We were also fortunate to employ his friend Danilo as our driver for several days in exploring the Amalfi Coast and avoiding the traffic congestion.  These two gentleman worked well together to provide us with a very enjoyable experience.

Raffaele was an incredible guide. We would have been lost in Pompei without him. He had so much great information and shared things that I never would have known otherwise. He was so friendly and approachable.
