Melissa was a wonderful tour guide.  She was incredibly knowledgable and made our day in London fantastic. She catered to our interests by providing the right amount of history, art, culture and much more. We were fascinated by history she shared with us in Westminster Abbey, British Museum, Buckingham Palace and many more sites we saw along the way. Melissa was also very responsive and easy to communicate with in weeks leading up to our trip. She was very thoughtful when it came to planning our itinerary and recommended landmarks where she would be able to add the most value. Melissa is truly an amazing guide who made our day memorable and we would recommend her to everyone who comes to visit London.

Thanks for making my visit to London so memorable.  Your knowledge of the history and back stories of the landmarks is incredible.  But it was the way you catered to my request for a rock and roll tour of the town that made it so special.  You researched it just for me and you were spot on with everything! We saw a lot in my 30 hour stay and I left thinking my visit could not have been better.  On top of all that you're a great person and a lot of fun!

Melissa, such enthusiasm for her profession and fondness towards her city, she made us fall in love with London. Well, what more can I say; such smooth coordination, touching on minute details of London's history that proved quite interesting, her genuine care and kindness to ensure all if us were comfortable, in sync and thoroughly enjoying ourselves. Her wit and sharp sense of humour only added jovial moments to the whole tour. Even though the tour was planned at the very last minute, she had it all planned meticulously and executed her fuided tour so well; right from the coordination with the chauffeur, to neeting the schedule for each pit-stop to making sure we had the hest photo memorabilia with us when we go back. We would most certainly endorse and recommend Melissa to everyone who wants to take in every bit of London, when they visit the great City.
