Arben was with us for 2 weeks in Albania, Montenegro, Kosovo, and Macedonia. He was always friendly, willing to help in every possible way and very knowlegeable about the history, cultures, geography and interesting places to see. We saw many things and went to places not even mentioned in the itinerary. He added local color with visits to ethnic restaurants and meeting locals. He was also funny and we had a great joy spending time with him. He arranged for personal needs well beyond his duties as a guide. And above all else, he pushed my wife in her wheelchair everywhere we went, and drove to places where it was not possible. He has a way with people, and obtained access to places where others would not be able to go. He also arranged for private guides, for example an archeologist for an ancient town ruins, for very unique insights. He encouraged me in doing more walking on this trip, so that even with all of the delicious food, I actually lost weight! My doctor was amazed.
