Book Anil! 

Anil is professional, kind, accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable. I couldn’t have made a better choice for my stay in Nepal! He went above and beyond my expectations regarding all aspects of our time in Kathmandu. 

I undertook a tour of Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur with Anil on my last visit to Nepal, and had such a good experience that I contacted him again on my next visit. He took me to Nagarkot and Chunga Naryan, with a bonus visit to a monastery and wonen’s cooperative in Khokana. He also managed to arrange a helicopter tour of Everest at very short notice. He is knowledgeable and keen to share the real Nepal with his guests. I will not hesitate to contact him again on my next visit to Nepal.  One of the best guides I have every encountered anywhere in the world.

Spent 2 weeks in nepal with my husband and cousin,  Had a fabulous time with lots of wounderful memories, thanks to our tour guide Anil Manandhar and his wife Susan.

Both are very passionate about their country, and heritage.  Very knowledgeable and informative.

We spent time in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Bandipur, Chitwan, a short tek to Australian camp and overnight in one of the lodges, wounderful experience watching the sunrise over the Annapurna  mountain range.

Anil  is very entertaining playing his harmonica on the way up to Australian camp, he also has a good sense of humour, and lots of patience which he needed with my husband stopping all the time to take pics. 

Super driver the way he negotiated those potholes and crazy drivers on the way to pokhara.

Susan his wife also guided us to 2 Newari villages,  wounderful interesting places, such a shame the earthquake had destroyed a lot of the buildings and homes.

Nepal was a wounderful place, bustling and hectic a real assault on the senses in Kathmandu, and in complete contrast Bandipur a lovely peaceful quaint village, one of my favourite places on our trip.

The whole wonderful  experience of this lovely country was made possible thanks to Anil and his wife Susan, who showed us things and places we probably would not have seen.

Two lovely people who I highly recommend for any guided tour, whether it be a day or longer.

Will hopefully return one day and Anil will  definately be guiding us again.

I have given previously a review for Susan Manandhar, as she was who I first made contact with for our Trip

to Nepal, however I also want to do a review for Anil Manandhar as he also guided and drove us in and around

Nepal. Helped with our airport transfer from International to Domestic terminals.

We flew to Pokhara and went by car to Baglung for cple of days, then back to Pohkara by car, which everyone

should experience the narrow winding dirt roads with steep descents to the side of the road.

Anil picked us up in Pokhara after a cple of days there and drove us to Chitwan National Park, he left us at the hotel and went and stayed with friends for three days, he returned to take us to Kathmandu where both he and Susan showed the ins and outs of Kathmandu and surrounds and onto Nagarkot overnight to see the best

sunsets and sunrises you could wish for. Nothing was too much trouble and he was up to making suggestions

about other sights he knew of as he was so full of knowledge and history for his beloved Nepal.

We visited schools and he played his harmonica with such passion and also sang, he was very warm and friendly with us for our customised tour. Price, timings and sightseeing were all brilliant, we also meet up a couple of times to enjoy a meal with so don't be shy as they like to hear also about their guests lives and country they live in.

***One thing to NOTE***

Anil and Susan are able to book your hotels before you arrive also have local currency if you need it and if you are doing this, they are also able to stay in same hotel as you so they are there able to give you a better rate for accommodation PLEASE ASK them.
