We toured with Bratati Saha to various placed in North and Central part of Kolkata in mid February 2018. I have lived in Kolkata for 25 years) and was accompanied by a friend from Australia. Bratati seemed to be genuinely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Kolkata (from the Nawab and the pre era to the British/European colonial to the modern times). Her communication and interpersonal skills are commendable - she presents the facts as they are -  professional in handling international delegates. She did not rush us through the tour -  provided us space and flexibility in making a customized tour program of our interest and she could make us comfortably feel the living history of the city. I thank Bratati for showing me my own city and making me love Kolkata like never before. Visiting Kolkata with my adult family (six in all) we were lucky to come across Bratati at Tour HQ.

She was extremely responsive to our requests, organised our itinerary after several rounds of discussion and also organised a bus and driver to ferry us around the city.

We had done some reading before the trip and to our delight Bratati was able to add considerably to our understanding of the history, architecture, customs an even the food.
