Bratati Saha

Visiting Kolkata with my adult family (six in all) we were lucky to come across Bratati at Tour HQ.

She was extremely responsive to our requests, organised our itinerary after several rounds of discussion and also organised a bus and driver to ferry us around the city.

We had done some reading before the trip and to our delight Bratati was able to add considerably to our understanding of the history, architecture, customs an even the food.

We were delighted that she joined us in our quest to understand their cooking and gastronomic delights.

Thoroughly recommended as a guide; polite, on time, very resourceful in dealing with last minute changes,great communication skills and most of all welcoming and thoroughly professional.
