I was organizing a trip on my own to Sikkim, Bhutan and Kolkata. I was having difficulty in getting information and booking for Sundarban Tiger Resort. I contacted several local tour agents in Kolkata who made it sound complicated and quoted exorbitant rates. Few popular tour organizers were offering me their own packages which included places that I was not interested. It was then a friend of mine recommended TourHQ. I tried to interact with several guides in TourHQ but Ms. Bratati Saha was quick in responding with clear details, understood my requirements and also who could confirm all my bookings.

She is beyondexceptional as she became more than a friend on our first correspondence. She has excellent professional approach. She advised and helped us plan on other regions that were on our trip schedule and which she was familiar.

On arriving in Kolkata we did not waste a minute. A very professional driver with good knowledge of all tourist destinations was arranged. He was with us for the next few days. We had arrived in Kolkata late in the afternoon and for the same evening a very romantic cruise was arranged. Every minute was professionally planned. She helped us in choosing the restaurants and even suggested the perfect spots and shops for our shopping. In the short time of our stay we had visits to religious places, had romantic cruise, covered most of the tourist places, tasted all types of local and specialty restaurants and still could spend more than a day in the tiger resort (We did not see any tiger). Her charges were very reasonable. She charged us only for her time.

Ms. Bratati Saha treats her guests fairly. She is friendly, well mannered, very humorous and with perfection. She is organized, very punctual ,found very knowledgeable, She sheduled our tour program in excellent and professional manner. She is also very caring.  She woud send us reminders and keep us in contact when we were on our own  in some part of the trip. .

I´ve spent a wonderful day with Bratati in Kolkata. She was very knowledgeable about her home town and shared some valuable information with me. Bratati was also very flexible on the sightseeing itinerary and considered all my wishes.

We toured with Bratati Saha to various placed in North and Central part of Kolkata in mid February 2018. I have lived in Kolkata for 25 years) and was accompanied by a friend from Australia. Bratati seemed to be genuinely knowledgeable about the history and culture of Kolkata (from the Nawab and the pre era to the British/European colonial to the modern times). Her communication and interpersonal skills are commendable - she presents the facts as they are -  professional in handling international delegates. She did not rush us through the tour -  provided us space and flexibility in making a customized tour program of our interest and she could make us comfortably feel the living history of the city. Visiting Kolkata with my adult family (six in all) we were lucky to come across Bratati at Tour HQ.

She was extremely responsive to our requests, organised our itinerary after several rounds of discussion and also organised a bus and driver to ferry us around the city.
