The benefits of hiring a knowledgeable guide are definitely gaining greater insights & enhancing our experiences.

A great two days with the eagle eye Lulu first day orangutans and we saw 12 Lulu was good at locating them in the trees I would have probably not seen those ones great photo opportunities

Second day day bako national park and again thanks to lulu’s Eagle eye sight saw plenty of plants/insects and wildlife

Going with a private guide for the two days was the best choice I made as I found being a solo traveller some companies do not want to assist you they want two people in the group

I will be using tour hq when I travel other parts of the world

I was with my family(6adults, 2 kids) in kuching earlier. Lulu brought us to suitable places for my group. I like how enthusiastic she is towards her work. Very very helpful, jolly lady.

I have to commend how professional and knowledgeable our personal guide, Lulu Kho is. Lulu is not only generous in sharing her knowlege about Kuching, she is always happy to answer all our questions. I am also very impressed how kind and patience Lulu is towards my two energetic boys( 6 & 8years-old). Lulu makes my family feel so comfortable and I defintely will recommend her to anyone who is interested in visiting Kuching! Lulu felt like a friend to my family. By the way, I admire her driving skill. Amazing!!! And of course, the large and comfortable sitting in her mini-bus (van). Lots of leg room for tall people like me!
