We had special requests for our tour. Lulu was very helpful and came up with the info needed. She is very flexible and also changed the restaurant for us. She's great !

 I booked a tour guide trip in Kuching with lulu kho on 30th august for my mother and auntie. But I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by her

1- late for pickup with multiple excuses

2- change schedule and treating us like an idiot. We request for a tour guide because we are not familiar with Kuching and wish to enjoy the trip. But this tour guide is just a liar, and keep complaining about my mother. Totally unprofessional, is such a shame to the profession. 

3- keep criticise and complain about her customers. We don’t pay you to criticise us. And in fact it just showed how hypocritical the person is and just full of lies. 

Honestly, initially I put really high hope on this trip and that’s why I am willing to pay even though you charged higher compared to other tour agencies. But is such a disappointment and shame. I will not use your service anymore, 

Lulu was very professional, warm and caring. We needed to be flexible because of old folk and she adapted to our needs very quickly. Super knowledgeable and informative, which we all appreciated very much. Being foodies, Lulu even incorporated great eats/ must buys into our itinerary. Our 3- day tour couldn't have been any better. Thanks for a fabulous vacation!
