Hi! My name is Fabian.I was born in Hanover, Germany, in 1977.It was during my studies in Hamburg in the late 90's that I discovered my passion for wine.Once I left university I began working as Assistant Manager at one of Hamburg’s most renowned wine boutiques in order to understand more about wine’s attraction.A few years later I took some time off to travel throughout Italy.I immediately fell in love with this incredible country – and its outstanding wines! Let's be honest: who wouldn't? But that wasn’t all.There was so much outstanding food, too! You might have guessed it already: I’m a foodie and I simply love local Italian food! That’s why it definetely had to be part of my tour concept.After two years of travelling and helping out in various farms and wineries I decided to settle south of Florence in San Casciano – in the Chianti Classico region.Since then I have worked in a variety of Tuscan wineries and wine stores.In early 2013 I became a Sommelier of the esteemed AIS association. 

It’s a pleasure for me to introduce people that are passionate and curious about wine to the fantastic panorama of genuine Tuscan wines! I'm looking forward to sharing my knowledge and expertise with you!
