Description

Drop by the Hermanus, the seaside town in the southeast of Cape Town. Stop at Betty's Bay for a close view of penguins, then drive to New Harbour and board a yacht out on the sea for some delightful sights of whales in this area. Top this off with some delicious wine tasting.

    • Stop at a local farm stall for some coffee and Padkos (snacks for the road ahead).

    • Take a wonderful drive along with the beautiful fruit farming areas en route to Bettys' Bay to see wild penguins.

    • Make a drive along the beautiful coastline towards the New Harbour in Hermanus, where you will be given a quick introduction about the whales that you will see before boarding a whale-watching yacht for a memorable experience. This is a 3-hour experience depending on how far the yacht needs to travel before you can see the whales.

    • Once back to the shore, have the option to enjoy a multi-course food and wine at one of the best wineries in the area, known to produce some of the best and award-winning Pinot Noir or have the option to explore the Hermanus town with an alfresco lunch overlooking this old Whaling Town.

    • Head back to your accommodation through the mountains at 4 pm.

  • The balance of 30% is due in cash on the final day of the tour at the accommodation.

  • We do not accept cheque payments.

Cancellation Policy:

  • More than 30 days prior to departure: 0% of the total rate.

  • 30 days prior to departure: 15% of the total rate.

  • 7 days prior to departure: 100% of the total rate.
