  • Day 1- Departure from Cape Town expand_more
    • Leave Cape Town to arrive at Bettys Bay, a scenic coastal side. Meet penguins at Stoney Point and wander in the Whaling town of Hermanus.

    • Walk to the Southernmost tip of Africa at Cape Agulhas and lunch in Struis Bay.

    • Take a trip to Mossel Bay late in the afternoon. Stayover at Point Village Hotel, Mossel Bay.

    Dine at Delfino's Restaurant or King Fisher, situated next to the hotel with great ocean views.

  • Day 2- Explore Mossel Bay expand_more
    • After breakfast & checkout, leave for Pinnacle Point to enjoy the Point of Human Origin Cave Tour with an archaeology guide.

    • Later in the morning, leave for the Dias Museum Complex to view the replica ship of Bartolomeu Dias, "The first Europeans to set foot on South African soil, happened in this area."

    • In the late morning, leave for Zorgfontein to walk with African Lions! This is truly an opportunity of a lifetime! Lunch at Dutton's Cove Restaurant in Herold's Bay.

    • Later in the afternoon, arrive in the coastal town of Wilderness. Visit the lookout point of 'Map of Africa'.

    • Dinner in Wilderness at Flava Cafe.

    Overnight stay in Garden Route National Park (Wilderness section) in forest cabins on the banks of the Touws River.

  • Day 3- Set out for wilderness expand_more
    • Have breakfast before boarding a canoe journey on the Touws River.

    • Move to the Waterfall area via Kingfisher Trail or walk the Kingfisher Trail in the marvellous forest. This is a pristine natural area.

    • Leave for Timberlake Village to have lunch and spend spare time.

    • Enjoy the Garden Route forests on horseback or quad bikes for a great afternoon.

    Have a second night accommodation in forest cabins in National Park with local South African Braai as dinner.

  • Day 4- Make it to Oudtshoorn and Knysna expand_more
    • After breakfast & checkout, leave for the inland town of Oudtshoorn, the "Ostrich Capital of the World."

    • Visit Cango Ostrich farm to learn more about the largest bird on earth.

    • Roam for1 hour Cango Cave Tour with a local guide. Tour through the Cango Wildlife Ranch has Cheetah, Cheetah cubs, Serval and Lemurs (from Madagascar). Lunch at Cango Wildlife Ranch.

    • Leave for Knysna. Stop on the Outeniqua Pass.

    • Overnight stay at Oyster Creek Lodge, situated on the banks of the Knysna River.

    • Pay an Afternoon visit to the Knysna Waterfront in your spare time and visit the lookout point at Knysna Heads.

    Dinner at Senza Restaurant, situated at Knysna with spectacular views.

  • Day 5- Arrive at Tsitsikamma expand_more
    • After breakfast & checkout, visit Knysna Elephant Park and get the opportunity to feed and touch the mighty African Elephant for a wonderful experience.

    • Visit Monkeyland and Bird of Eden Sanctuaries to view some of the great species found in South Africa, including the National Bird, the Blue Crane. Lunch at Peppermill Cafe.

    • Visit Nature's Valley, a town inside a National Park protected area with some of the finest forest areas to be found in the Garden Route. Stop at the Bloukrans Bridge, which is home to the longest bungee jump in the world.

    • Later in the afternoon, arrive at the Tsitsikamma section of the Garden Route National Park. Walk to the iconic suspension bridges, located at the mouth where the ocean and river meet for spectacular views.

    Overnight stay in forest cabins in an absolute pristine protected area. Dinner at Cattle Baron Restaurant

  • Day 6- Head for Port Elizabeth expand_more
    • After breakfast & checkout, leave for the surfing town at Jeffreys Bay.

    • Visit the famous surf spot of supertubes to get some inspiration to learn to surf for a great experience.

    • Enjoy the beach or shopping at the great variety of outlet shops. Lunch at Cafe Portofino's

    • Leave for Kragga Kamma Game Reserve just outside Port Elizabeth to go on a game drive safari!

    • Arrive at Port Elizabeth Airport for the flight back to Cape Town or Johannesburg.
