    • 08:45 - Check-in at Kalahari Sun Hotel, followed by breakfast, rest, and/or a walkabout around the city.
    • 12:00 - Depart for lunch at Xwama Traditional Restaurant.
    • 13:00 - Continue the journey to visit Prehistoric Elephant Relics, Sites of Veneration, and the Heroes Acre War Memorial. The Heroes' Acre is an official war memorial located approximately 10 kilometres south of the city centre of Windhoek. Visit the National Art Gallery, Craft market, Trans Namib Museum, and enjoy some shopping around town.
    • 17:30 - Check in at the Kalahari Sun Hotel, take showers, and then proceed to dinner.

  • Day 2: Safari Adventure Begins expand_more
    • 06:30-07:00 - Freshen up, have breakfast and check out.
    • 07:00 - Depart for about 433.8 km (4h18min) via B1 and C38 to Etosha National Park.
    • 12:00 - Arrive and check in at Okaukuejo Camp in Etosha National Park. The camp is the oldest tourist camp in Etosha and serves as the administrative center of the park. Okaukuejo is also home to the Etosha Ecological Institute. The premier waterhole chalets are popular accommodations, offering views of the floodlit waterhole at Okaukuejo. The camp overlooks a permanent waterhole, floodlit at night, attracting a diverse array of wildlife. From dawn until late at night, various animals, including lions, rhinos, elephants, and antelope, gather and interact. Lunch, relax at the rest camp, and observe animals at the famous Okaukuejo-Etosha Waterhole throughout the day and night.

  • Day 3: Elephants and Sunset Safari expand_more
    • 05:00-07:00 - View animals at the waterhole.
    • 07:00-08:30 - Freshen up, have breakfast and check out.
    • 09:00 - Depart from Okaukuejo - Etosha to Mokuti Lodge - Etosha, covering about 144.5 km (2h29min) via C38 to Etosha National Park.
    • 12:00 - Arrive, check in at Mokuti Lodge, have lunch, view animals, and relax at the lodge.
    • 16:30 - Depart for a 3-hour sunset drive in search of elephants and other big three animals in the park (as Etosha does not feature buffalos).
    • 19:30-22:00 - Enjoy a Boma dinner under the stars – a safari tradition involving sitting around the fire, savouring a slow-cooked meal, and storytelling. 
    • Return to the lodge for an overnight stay.
  • Day 4: Himba Culture and Desert Exploration expand_more

    • 06:30 - Depart from Mokuti Lodge for about 319.4 km (4h30min) via C38 to Otjikandero Himba Cultural Village in Kamanjab.
    • 11:00 - Arrive at Otjikandero Himba Cultural Village, Kamanjab. Witness a piece of tradition preserved through time in the tribal ways of the people at Himba Orphan Village. Visitors have the chance to interact with the Himba people through a local English-speaking guide, observing their outfits and daily routines and shopping for handicrafts made to trade with tourists. The project aims to help people preserve their ways without succumbing to the modern lifestyle, with some profit going towards their protection.
    • 12:30-13:30 - Depart for about 1.1 km (2 min) via C40 to Oppi-Koppi Rest Camp for lunch.
    • 13:30 - Depart for about 115.2 km (1h48min) via C40 to Palmwag Nature Reserve.
    • 15:30 - Arrive at Palmwag Nature Reserve, check-in, and relax at the lodge.
    • 16:00 - Depart for a Guided Desert Walk.
    • 19:00 - Return to the lodge, have supper, and overnight.
  • Day 5: Desert Wildlife Excursion expand_more
    • 05:00 - Depart for a morning Desert Guide Game Drive in search of desert elephants, rhinos, and other desert animals.

    • 14:30 - Depart Uis for about 162.2 km via D1930 to Erongo.
    • 17:00 - Check in at Erongo Ameib Farm Lodge, relax, freshen up, have supper, and overnight.
  • Day 7: San Cave Experience and Rhino Safari expand_more

    • 06:30 - Drive to the cave and walk to Phillipp’s Cave, a San dwelling, and experience the cave. The numerous rock paintings in the Erongo Mountains provide evidence that thousands of years ago, the ancestors of today’s San lived in the area. The Erongo Mountains, especially during the dry winter months, offer a reliable water supply due to impermeable granite pans, filled during the rainy season. Consequently, the area has always had rich wildlife, another reason for the Bushmen to inhabit the area. In the rocky Erongo, the San mainly lived in caves or crevices.

    • 15:30 - Depart for a game drive in search of Black Rhinos.
