Description

Enjoy the wilderness of Tanzania both in the evening and in the daylight. During this 2-day tour, enjoy safaris into the Mikumi National Park and try to spot wild animals in their natural habitat. Visit a traditional Masai village to learn more about the local culture and wholly experience the country.

    • Meet the guide/driver at your accommodation in Dar es Salaam city at 6:00 AM.

    • Start the drive to Mikumi. Stop at around 10 AM for a coffee break. 

    • Reach Mikumi town and spend some time at leisure. Have your lunch and prepare for the Masai village tour.

    • Visit the Masai village at 3 PM and experience their lifestyle. Get to mingle with the locals and learn about their traditions, legends and practices.

    • Leave for the Mikumi National park for the evening game drive until the sunset.

    Dinner and overnight stay inside the park at Mikumi Tourists Cottages. 

  • Day 2: Spend the day at Mikumi and enjoy game drives expand_more

    • Get picked you up from your hotel at 6 AM.

    • Go for a game drive with your breakfast packed and expect to spot some of the wilderness with the sunrise.

    • Watch the sunrise on the horizon and then have your breakfast in the style of a picnic at 8 AM.

    • Continue with the game drive until lunch time at11 AM.

    • Return to Mikumi town for lunch and then drive back to Dar es Salaam. 

    That will conclude your trip.
