Day 1- Kilimanjaro Airport – Arusha expand_more
Pick up from Kilimanjaro Airport and then transfer to Arusha.
Go on an early evening pre-climb briefing on the trek.
Dinner and overnight at Impala Hotel.

Day 2- Arusha – Miriakamba expand_more
After breakfast, drive to the Arusha National Park gate at Momella.
Trek through the lush forest, crossing the Ngare Nanyuki River to reach Miriakamba Hut at 8337 ft / 2541 m (4 to 5 hours).
Dinner and overnight at Miriakamba Hut.

Day 3- Saddle Hut expand_more
After an early breakfast, continue to ascend steeply through pleasant forest glades and giant heather to reach Saddle Hut at 11,713 ft / 3570 m. This trek will take about 2 to 3 hours.
From here, it is possible to take a side trek to reach the summit of Little Meru (12,450 ft / 3794 m) and return to Saddle Hut in about 2 hours.
Meals and overnight at Saddle Hut.

Day 4- Descent to the Gate expand_more
Do an early start to reach Rhino Point and then on to the summit at 14,981 ft / 4566 m to see the sunrise behind Mount Kilimanjaro, before descending to Momella gate.
Meet at the gate and then transfer to Arusha Town.
Dinner and overnight at Impala Hotel.

Day 5- Departure expand_more
After breakfast, transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward flight.
End of services.
