  • Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park expand_more
    • Meet the tour guide at 8 am at your hotel in Arusha.
    • Drive to Tarangire National Park and marvel at the colossal termite mounds and ancient baobab trees. Appreciate the picturesque scenery and diverse birdlife. Tarangire’s varied wildlife includes lions, giraffes, warthogs, ostriches, impalas, cheetahs, mongooses, buffaloes, and baboons.
    • Head to the Lake Manyara area for dinner and an overnight stay.

  • Day 2: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park expand_more
    • Have an appetizing breakfast and transfer to Serengeti National Park.
    • Take the scenic route to the Serengeti and drive past the Ngorongoro Crater. Stop for a quick picnic lunch on a kopje (a small hill in a flat area).
    • Proceed further into the Serengeti grasslands for a leisurely game drive.

    Overnight stay at the camp.

  • Day 3: Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater expand_more
    • Begin the day with an early morning game drive in central Serengeti. The local guide will study the paw prints on the ground to search for predators.
    • Travel to the Ngorongoro Crater for dinner and overnight stay.
  • Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha expand_more
    • Enjoy early morning breakfast and drive to the Ngorongoro Crater area, as it is the best time to spot animals.
    • Go for a game drive around the crater and stop for a picnic lunch near a small lake located within the park. The lake is home to hippos and migratory birds. See zebras, flamingos and other water birds near the crater.
    • Drive back to Arusha.
