Choose this 2-day fun safari adventure specially designed for those coming after long Kilimanjaro treks and looking to travel to the next destination. Go on thrilling morning game drives at Tarangire National Park and see wildebeests, zebra, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, elephants etc., amidst diverse ecosystems. Also, relish a picnic lunch at the famous Ngorongoro Crater.

    • After breakfast, you will be picked up in Moshi/Arusha by our professional safari guide and driver.

    • Then have a short briefing about the safari. From there, you will be driven to the Tarangire National Park.

    • The Tarangire National Park is reputed to contain some of:

      • The largest elephant herds in Africa.

      • Hartebeests, gazelles and exotic birds like the bateleur and martial eagle.

      • Open grasslands, acacia trees and the Tarangire River.

    • Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park and do two exciting mornings and afternoon game drives along the Tarangire River, which is the primary source of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season.

    • In the evening, we will drive to the hotel.

    End our day with dinner and overnight stay.

  • Day 2 - Ngorongoro Crater - Moshi/Arusha expand_more

    • After breakfast, descend 600 m into this magnificent crater for a morning (half-day) game drive.

    • Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater.

    • After that, travel back to Arusha/Moshi, which will be the end of your African safari adventure.
