Day 1: Taipei to Taroko expand_more
Meet your tour guide at a pre-decided location in Taipei and make your way to Taroko.
Visit the Ching-Shui Cliff, the 1000-metre tall cliff that straight up from the Pacific Ocean.
Trek along the Shakadang Trail. See crystal-clear water on the river bed and hear the murmur of the creek echoing in the valley.
Hike on the Baiyang Trail along the river. Behold the river surging in the canyon and later gently flowing down the mountain. At the end of the trail, get to see the Cave of Water Curtain.
Walk along the Yanzihkou Trail. Observe the potholes eroded by the river.
Trek on the Jiuqudong Trail. Get to see how Taiwan was formed by the consistent squeezing of the Philippine Plate and Eurasian Plate as you discover geological formations with the help of your guide.

Day 2: Shitaiping, Jingpo Tribal Experience & Hualien Night Market expand_more
Make your way to Shitaiping and admire the various geological formations created by the raging wind and sea. Behold colourful fish swimming around the coral reef.
Interact with the Jingpo Tribe as you sail on a traditional raft. Watch their archery, learn their fishing styles, and try your hand at making a traditional bracelet.
Visit the Hualien Night Market, the only aborigine-themed night market in Taiwan, and taste traditional tribal foods and drinks. Enjoy the local performances in the night market as you stroll by.

Day 3: National Center of Traditional Arts & Kavalan Distillery expand_more
Visit the National Center of Traditional Arts and explore Chinese folklife and craftsmanship.
Make your way to the Kavalan Whisky Distillery, well known for its world-famous fragrant whisky that you will get to taste. Learn how whisky is made and processed.
Return to Taipei.
