PETRA MOUNTAINS TOURS

For this tour to visit a few attractions in Jordan, I did not have a tour guide, instead a driver was assigned to me to drive me around the places I signed for.  Osama, the driver, was really good.  He picked me up in the hotels where I stayed, and always on time, and took good care of me.  On my last day in Jordan, I went to Aqaba, and at the end of the day, Osama invited me, and the other person doing this tour, to have dinner, all Jordan dishes, at his cousin's apartment.  Dinner was delicious.  Thank you Osama and his relatives who were very at the dinner and we were treated really good.

Overall Petra Tours satisfied my expectations.  Mohammed, the one in charge from his Petra office, always responded to all my emails, answering my questions when I was inquiring about the tour, itinerary, and prices.  In Petra, he came to the hotel to find out how was I doing and to know if everything was OK.  

Hotels were not luxurious but adequate and clean and OK locations.  The hotel in Petra was the one I did not like much and the manager or supervisor was not friendly and in need of attitude adjustment.  The TV was not working and neither the phone,  When I went to the reception to report this, he asked me, in a tone I did not like, "are you going to make any calls?" I said Yes, to call you to report what was not working in the room.  Other thatn this incident, everything else was fine.
