We (family of four) enjoyed the tour with Shajahan very much. Shajahan fetched us at the cruise ship port and took us to the new and old parts of Dubai before driving us to the airport. He considered in his tour that we spent some hours the day before around Burj Khalifa.

Even though we heard and read some things about Dubai before, we learnt a lot of new things from Shajahan.

His communication style prior to the tour was very responsive.

It was very convenient for us that we could put our four big suitcases and some  hand luggage in his Toyota Previa 7seater during the tour.

We can recommend Shajahan as guide very much.

If the guide is not doing the tour himself, it is important that the communication between the Guide/Intermediator and the Tour Operator works. That is exactly what happened. Ashraf organized a tour with "Safariland" in Hurghada, but did NOT communicate to them what was important for us when doing the cominbed Quad Tour in the desert. He thought that by sending us to Safariland it would be enough and the rest could be done on the spot.

Unfortunately "Safariland" was not prepared to do a private tour and so we ended up in a Bedouin village without any English guide. When we noticed that there was no private tour, it was too late to "bring" the PRIVATE Tour to a success.
