I had MANY problems on this trip. Jenny helped the best she could. She found me a dentist. TRIED to get my bank card returned from an ATM when it was eaten. But I am STILL stuck at a hotel in Shenzhen with NO bank card. Jenny will leave after tomorrow.

Amy was the consumate professional. She was efficient and solicitous. The hotels she chose for me were of the highest quality and the tour she arranged was first class. Her English skills were excellent and her restaurant choices were of the most authententic spots. She was always willing to go the extra mile to provide anything I needed or wanted. I cannot imagine choosing a better guide in any way!

Ryan knew his city well. He knew the best restaurants and the history of the places he took me. He directed me to only good restaurants and was helpful in everything. English is very good. He won't just show you the tourist spots, but the BEST of the tourist spots.
