Win is one of the best guides I have had anywhere in the world.He is very knowledgeable about his country. He knows all about the places we went .He is on time and open to any changes you need to make . I like visiting local places as well as tourists places. I enjoyed all the food we eat as well. People in this country are so friendly we went to a  wedding where I took pictures with the bride and groom.i was offered food by the family.  I Don’t see this in my country and  it was so nice . I hope one day to come back .

Maybe I am just  Lucky but the second guide with this company was also amazing . I arranged a 3 days tour .  Before the tour I invited him for dinner as I was going to be in town overnight .When I arrived I was so sick and ended up throwing up he stayed with me and got me to the hotel with no dinner for him . On our 3 day tour later that week we went to restaurants that locals go which I love .He knew all about the city and history of the city . I did get to see a lot in 3 days and enjoyed every minute.   Very well planned out trip with times to cool off as well as its very hot here . 

He will custom any tour you like .His prices were very responsible as well . When I did some shopping he carried my bags Which was above and beyond good service.I only hope more people will visit Myanmar because it’s a wonderful friendly country .

I booked a 2 day tour . North and South side of island. He is very knowledgeable of all things on his island . He can custom any tour and time limit you have . North side we went to the town museums ,botanical garden a must see .And local market.We went for lunch at a great local seafood restaurant. My second day was just as great .it rained like crazy but made the best of it . We visited more nature sites today .He knows all about local fauna and flora .History of all places visited . Also had a great lunch At a local restaurant. If you really want a great guide and to learn about this great place pick him . My tour was in English but he also speaks French,Russian .

Lee went out of his way to take care of everything.As I was traveling at the corona virus out break . The government closing the airport, for 30 days . My Airline did not inform me at all . I was traveling thru Mauritius as well and he told me about airport closing there . Also no notifications from airline. When I was very stressed thinking  about 30 days with out  medications and how I would get them . He found a charter flight that would get me home . In my short time I was made to feel at home .Make  sure to go le palmarium Amazing wildlife stay at least 2 nights . Very well planned walks and trips  from preserve . Sorry other guides but he’s the best . And with the best driver Bula who you can talk to . Really interesting man .I can’t say enough Good things about these two great time . .

Let me start by saying why I use TourHQ . Because they support local people . My trip planned with Virendra started like many other trips I have planned. I look at the proposal and make some changes . He was not familiar with the places I suggested but added them . I picked him because of high ratings over a guide that was more local . (BIG MISTAKE ) my trip was made by a travel agency which anyone can do . My problem is he never came . He told my driver (ALTAF) to take me to the places we were supposed to go . The driver bless his heart did not speak much English but tried . The agency asked this poor man to collect the rest of the money which I could see made him uncomfortable. They also tried to make it my complaint against the driver which I really don’t like .  There was very little communication about up coming tours I had to text him to get update. I called Tourhq to complain about him not following the whole point of TourHQ . The woman from there office was very nice and tried to assure me that this is not supposed to happen. So because of her I will still use them. My past trips I have had great amazing experiences and the guides and drivers are friends now . My feeling he also missed out of gaining knowledge of new places he has not been . So in closing I could never recommend him .
