Rafael Plotnik

We wanted a half day tour of the religious sites of the Capernaum, Tabgha, Mount of beatitudes area and we are fortunate to find Rafie who is knowledgeable, hospitable and very accommodating.  He loves history so he will answer all your history questions and  he also shared with  us a powerpoint of the history of Jerusalem before our arrival.  On each religious site , he made us read the bible verse that was pertinent to the location.  He even offered to buy our falafel lunch for us and packed it in a picnic basket so we can save time and money and experience the local food.  Aside from the religious sites he showed us 2 sites in the area where not a lot of tourists go. Rafie is retired and he only takes tours when he is available so we are fortunate that was able to do the tour with us.
