My definition of a true 5-star tour guide is one who is responsive to my questions during the pre-signing negotiation process then provides an exceptional tour and later  helps with my post-tour plans. Mercedes did all that so that makes her a true 5-star guide.  She gave us a very enjoyable and informative tour of Madrid, complete with the necessary historical background and she graciously volunteered to take many family photos in various parts of Madrid. To top it all, she even convinced the driver of the minibus (which I booked separately) to give us an extra hour for free so that we don't have to walk back to our hotel after the tour! My entire family of 12 persons was very happy with Mercedes. Thank you, Mercedes!!!

My family just completed a wonderful tour of Rome where everything went smoothly - thanks to the meticulous planning of Antonella. Starting with the pick up from cruise port to the tour of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, St Peter Basilica and many other places, everything went like clockwork. My family of 12 people was particularly very appreciative of our visit to the Colosseum because we were able to bypass the very long line of visitors under the Roman summer sun because of Antonella's foresight in buying the skip-the-line tickets for us.  Also, her insistence on using 2 minivans instead of a single minibus for our large family proved to be the right move as it enabled us to get close to the attractions and thus avoid the long walk that a minibus would have required. On top of all these meticulous planning, Antonella also provided very thorough historical background and interesting tidbits for each attraction. Thank you, Antonella, for the very enjoyable tour.  I will surely tell all my friends and relatives to contact you when they go to Rome.

I want to thank Arina for arranging our tour from Barcelona to Lourdes and for assigning Dushan as our driver/guide.

When we decided to visit Lourdes after we disembarked from our cruise  at Barcelona, we ( a group of 6 seniors) decided to book a private shuttle instead of taking the train in order to avoid having to carry our luggages from one train to another since there was no direct train from Barcelona to Lourdes. With very short notice, Arina arranged a private tour for us in a comfortable Mercedes Benz van at a reasonable price and assigned Dushan as our driver/guide. It turned out to be a very enjoyable ride thanks in large part to Dushan. He came to the meeting point early and helped everyone with their luggages.  Then he started to  give us interesting tidbits on just about everything we passed from Barcelona all the way to Lourdes. He was very knowledgeable about the history of all places we passed by and was able to communicate his knowledge in a clear, friendly and fun manner.  Thank you Arina and Dushan for a fun and educational tour!
