C2 - he is a very very kind, detailed tour guide that you do not need to worry about anything around you. Me and my friend decided to travel to Myanmar a week before contacting him but he managed to save a day for us and kindly picked us up from the airport to lead to a one day golden rock trip. He knows local good restaurants that cost less but same tast as it is in luxuary restaurant. He is very fluent in English so non native speakers never have to worry about language.
