The agency was quick to reply to emails, and happy to adapt the tour to what we wanted. The guide was friendly and answered all our questions, and added other local information,. The lunch was also good.

JP was very friendly, quick to answer and very flexible in organising our tour to cover the things we wanted to see and do. His knowledge of the country and other things was good. However, we think he needs to be more confident as a guide and take more/better control of the organisation and the people he works with. We had a good time, but were sometimes feeling that things were a little out of control: probably because he likes to feel his guests are those who know best, which is not always true.

A great trip with Ekow and a fabulous driver. We saw pretty much all of what was planned but got late due to a tremendous storm at Kakum when we were halfway along the canopy walkway - only the driver managed to get us back in time for the boat. Ekow is a great tour leader and a good organiser, and he sent us videos of the highlights of the tour as he had a cameraman along on the tour we had.
