There are many good tour guides out there. Some have a depth of knowledge that amazes. Others have enthusiasm and a way with people. Some are excellent organizers. We have traveled the world extensively and Marcello is the only guide we have had who rates five stars in all three areas. It is not enough just to know your stuff. Marcello mangaes the tour and attends to his customers to the smallest level of detail. he anticipates issues and plans solutions in advance. He studies his travelers and knows how to ensure they have an incredible trip. Marcello is simply the best tour leader we have ever had.
