걱정이 많았던 여행이었지만, Aziz를 만나는 순간 일주일간의 여행이 완벽하게 풀리기 시작했습니다. 영어 소통이 매우 원활했고, 고객의 요청과 니즈를 빠르게 이해해 즉각적으로 반영해 주었습니다. 특히 도로 사정이 다소 험한 모로코에서 항상 안전하고 편안하게 운전해 주어 여행 내내 안심할 수 있었습니다. 체크인과 체크아웃 과정에서도 필요한 정보를 적시에 꼼꼼하게 안내해 주어 전혀 불편함이 없었고, 제가 미처 알지 못했던 장소들을 자연스럽게 추천해 주었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 어떤 물건 구매나 상업적인 활동을 유도한 적은 단 한 번도 없었습니다. Aziz는 매우 똑똑하고 친절하며, 자신의 직업에 큰 자부심을 가지고 있는 사람입니다. 그를 만난다면 모로코 여행의 80%는 이미 성공한 것과 다름없다고 생각합니다. 제 친구들이나 가족이 다시 모로코를 방문하게 된다면, 저는 주저 없이 Aziz를 가장 먼저 추천할 것입니다. I was quite worried before this trip, but from the moment I met Aziz, everything fell perfectly into place for the entire week. His English is excellent, and he quickly understands and responds to his clients’ needs. In Morocco, where driving conditions can sometimes be challenging, he always drove safely and smoothly, which made the journey consistently comfortable and stress-free. He stayed in close contact at all the right times, helping us with check-in and check-out details so there were no inconveniences at all. He also recommended places I would never have discovered on my own—without ever pressuring us to shop or spend money anywhere. Aziz is intelligent, genuinely kind, and clearly takes great pride in his work. I truly believe that meeting him solves at least 80% of a Morocco trip. If my friends or family ever travel to Morocco, I would absolutely recommend that they start their journey by meeting Aziz first.
