She took exceptional care of him, made sure he was comfortable and happy, and paid attention to every little detail. She made the tour exactly the way I wanted it and even took the time before the trip to help plan everything together. She was always quick to respond and very cooperative, keeping in touch with me throughout the tour to update me and make sure I was at ease.
