Guide had a major issue with Spoken English - it was not fluent and she would get stuck with words She cheated the group with unfair entrance fees at Monastery in Pristina. We were given a receipt from a Souvenir shop for the monastery entrance She created a scene at Matka Canyon with talking to a separate vendor when we had categorically told her to not engage with anyone since we have already booked on our own The packed food delivered by her lacked the soft drinks whereas we had paid for the same, only when we forced her did she arrange the same.
