Absolutely fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and extremely engaging. Nothing was too much trouble for Ismail, he made it his sole objective to ensure that we had an unforgettable experience and achieved this plus much more. From the moment he picked us up at the airport he was sharing information and offering advice on where to visit, what times are best and in what order to do things. We had asked Ismail to organise our whole trip giving him a brief outline of what we wanted to see and his communication from the outset was brilliant, even before we arrived in Jordon he was keeping us updated. Our trip started in Amman and included, Jerash, Petra and Wadi Rum, Ismail organised everything including travel, hotels and places to eat, he even added an extra trip to the Dead Sea which was great and totally unexpected. Ismail provided a degree of flexibility which was greatly appreciated.. Ismail advised us on the best places to eat and joined us on a number of occasions to provide background and information about the local area and the restaurants. All the restaurants were superb and reasonably priced, Ismail took us to one very special place which was the best meal of the trip. A unique and memorable experience for which we give Ismail all the credit.
