1. The driver engaged by him, Veeranna was on his mobile phone a number of times (non hands free) causing a concern whether we might get into an accident. After much patience I burst out saying that it had to stop. I was surprised that Sainath did not control him right at the outset. He continued to assist him in responding to incoming calls even after my severe warning. He did bring in a new driver the next day who did not answer his incoming calls while driving. 2. He mentioned he chose Grand Kaktiya because I had wanted a king bed. This was a misunderstanding on his part. He framed the initial query as if I had to choose between twin and king beds in Thousand Pillars. He appeared not inclined to chamnge the booking. He called up the hotel as we were approaching asking for our room to be ready. However, the room was not ready when we arrived. The lady at the reception told me that breakfast would start at 8 am whereas his colleague later mentioned that their restaurant operated only from 11 am to 11 pm. I was woken up from my sleep at midnight to the loud sounds of drums, DJ and singing. It turned out that was a wedding celebration. He should have checked this out for such an event before booking that property. I patiently waited for an hour and the drums did not appear ready to end. I called Sainath and he did move us to a better place in the middle of the night. 3. We went to the Warangal fort and he told us there there was going to be a light and music show. It turns out that the equipment had been damaged due to the rains a week earlier. He did not confirm about the show before informing us. 4. He also struggled answering some question 5.
