Carlos Eduardo Mora Cavallini

I first went to Costa Rica with an Irish group of friends and Carlos was our guide. His enthusiasm and love for his country and its nature is second to none. We were amazed by his knowledge of flora and fauna and without his guidance we would not have seen half of what Costa Rica had to offer. His historical information was excellent. He planned his tour with care and could not have been more enthusiastic and informative. I discovered that he was an expert on birds and that he was happy to spend extra early morning hours taking us to special areas to see them. He was extremely obliging, very careful for the safety of his charges, helpful, and good company. I returned to Costa Rica two more times and was delighted to be guided by him again. I think of him as a friend and birding soulmate. He is a conservationist and cares for the future of his country. I couldn't recommend a better guide on all aspects of Costa Rica than Carlos.
