Richard took excellent care of all details of our 3 days Boat Tour to the Komodo and Rinca Islands Indonesia in searching of Komodo dragons. We have arranged all by email without ever meeting Richard before. All went better than planned. Richard had it all extremely well prepared according to what we had agreed. Richard was also our guide on the trip, which was a great plus since he is extremely knowledgeable about the region, Flores island, Komodo dragons, and Natural reserve and Indonesia. We have a great time with him and the boat crew. He is very competent and capable of putting together a great trip for you. We came across Saghi while searching the web for Tour Guides in Iran.Contacted Saghi months before our arrival at Iran, basically when we started preparing our trip and faced the first obstacles. (e.g. no replies to our emails).From the first moment we sent a WhatsApp, we have received a prompt reply. She was always ready to answer our questions, even silly questions we westerners have sometimes. Since we have prepared the trip ourselves, we can now say that we could not have made it without Saghi's help. In many occasions, Saghi searched for answers or contacted the hotels on our behalf. She was really proactive, in fact the service she was providing was a lot better than the one your usually get from European tour guides, as Saghi was always searching for personalised solutions.Needless to say, we were so happy with her services that we decided to request her tour guide services while visiting Yazd. Again, she was knowledgeable and highly competent, young and dynamic.
