Group of 34 Spanish adult people. Average age 70. We booked transfer and tours with Rupicabra. The attention received from the moment we landed in Sofía was excellent! The guide, Ivanka, with her fluent Spanish, provided everything we needed and Ivan, the owner, was in direct contact with us all the time. In fact, he was who accompanied us on the return to the airport and facilitates the check-in and resolved all the necessities of the whole group. Thank you Ivan. The booked tours were excellent and, it is appreciated, that, without us asking for it, they took into account the stops during the paths, since they were necessary due to the age.The places visited and the restaurants chosen to eat, exceptional, although we miss some entries to the most prominent places in these places.
