Ahmad Magribi

I chose Ahmad for 3 day private tour around Tartous. He helped me a lot with a visa procedure and border crossing. He communicate in high level English which make it easy to coordinate everything. The schedule is done in a way there is enough time for meals and also during visiting monuments there is a lot of time to explore peacefully. Ahmad has a wide knowledge about history. He and his driver (also Ahmad) made me feel safe during the whole journey. It was a pleasure to visit such unique sites as Amrit, Hosn Suleiman or Krak des Chevaliers. What I would recommend before you plan the trip: Leave the e-visa application for the travel agent. It will be more trustworthy for the authorities (possibly faster). Make sure you bring enough cash in dollars, even more than you need. It is not possible to withdraw money later. Meet with the guide at the border so you can proceed the paperwork together.
