Jenie and Bien were a great team. Jenie chose places of interest she thought we would enjoy, and we did. The tours included some normal tourist spots along with some out of the way, but of interest, areas, and provided some great historical information. The Kawa Hot Bath in Tagtaytay was a surprise (think cooking in a cauldron over a fire!), and the massage afterward was outstanding! The Manila American cemetery was a very emotional area, and Rizal Park was another eye-opener. Jose Rizal did so much in his 35 years. Just think what he could have done had he lived even longer! We got to try different restaurants so we could taste different styles of Filipino food, and even had pizzas, and hamburgers and fries. The ambiance at each restaurant was different. We had karaoke, a rock band, and even singing cooks and waiters as entertainment. Bien should get a gold star for her driving through the traffic in Manila. We made it to all our stops in one piece! We were so happy we chose a thoughtful and caring company to help us enjoy the country of our ancestors.
