We are overall very disappointed from the agency chosen. In the package chosen we were suppose to get: 4x4 suv car, 1 driver and 1 guide, entrance tickets to visit Uplistsikhe and Vardzia , daily water bottles. First of all, the day before the start of the tour we received an unexpected request to pay an extra supplement of 150 usd due to some mistakes they made in calculating the commission to pay to TourHQ; we disagreed but we had no other option that paying. The reality of what we got was unfortunately very different: the car was comfortable but it was not 4x4 suv. We only had a driver and no guide (they told us the driver was also a guide but he could only speak a basic english and he was not able at all to lead us to any of our hikes chosen. Daily water bottles were never offered. We had to pay the 2 entrance tickets included in the package paid. Beside all this, the first day they also tried to convince us to change itinerary of day 2 and 3 and skip the 2 main hikes chosen because of safety reasons… luckily we did not accept and we kept the original program (hikes in Juta and Truso valley) and these were really amazing hikes. Totally unprofessional agency…
