Arno Frost

Arno was kind, friendly, and considerate while guiding our group of university students around Porto Alegre. He was knowledgeable about the city's history and culture and his interesting tour included museums, churches, the Porto Alegre World Cup stadium and an hour-long boat tour. Arno was very flexible about changing arrangements when issues arose (such as inclement weather and students worrying about the cost of an authentic Brazilian meal). He was so warm and accommodating, and we were all very fond of Arno when we left Porto Alegre.
