Naji Farah

Naji was a brilliant guide who went beyond the services we required. He was very friendly and had a wealth of knowledge about the country. We really enjoyed our time with him and his driving and care for us was great. Naji provided a useful insight into the country and added a personal touch by allowing us to visit his home. His driving and time management was excellent, which we greatly appreciated as we managed to visit all the sights we wanted to in good time. Our tour experience was very much enhanced by having Naji around and I would definitely recommend him to future travellers to Lebanon.

Thanks

Rosa was a lovely and friendly guide and very knowledgeable about her country. I had an insightful conversation with her covering many topics and the sights we visited in both destinations was great. We ended up spending more time in Valparaiso, which for me was the correct choice but ultimately it depends on the visitor’s choice. The drive to the cities and back to Santiago was smooth and it can be done as a day trip. There is a lot to discover in Valparaiso but Rosa covered all the main parts in the time that we had. I would highly recommend Rosa.

I really enjoyed my day in Calafate to see the Perito Moreno Glacier. It was very impressive and there are some wonderful photo opportunities throughout the trail. My guide was very knowledgeable and worked to my pace. The trail is a long one but I found it easy to navigate. I would definitely recommend wrapping up warm as it will be chilly.

The journey to the glacier was very smooth even though I visited at a busy time of the month. We managed to go through the ticket buying process very quickly and Qwerty Travel handled it very quickly. The tour also includes a boat trip which gets really close to the glacier providing more photo ops.

From beginning to end, Qwerty Travel was very professional with the communication and the tour itself. I would definitely recommend them for this trip.

This was a great day trip from Hanoi to Halong Bay. The journey to the bay was smooth and we covered all the major sites. I visited during the Vietnam holiday period but the sites did not feel too crowded. David was an excellent guide and was very friendly. He was happy to engage in conversation and provided some insights into the country. The tour was not rushed at all and the lunch provided was very tasty. He also provided a useful stop on the return to the city where I picked up some lovely goodies.

We were based in Hoi An and did a day trip to Hue City covering some other sites on the way. The driver picked us up from Hoi An and we visited some parts of Da Nang before reaching Hue City, where we were joined by our excellent guide, Fi. The driver and the guide were very helpful and I would recommend this company to do this trip. Fi was lovely and answered all of our questions and provided insights into the city. We covered a lot of ground and managed to return back to Hoi An in good time. The tour ran smoothly and we had plenty of time to see the major parts of Hue citadel.

The day started early to catch our ferry to Bohol (as we were based in Cebu City). The ferry’s air-conditioning was blazing cold and I would definitely recommend something warm to wear on the ferry.

Lynelle was a fantastic and engaging guide who provided insights into her home island. The tour ran smoothly and even though it rained, we still managed to cover all the main sights and enjoy our activities. Lynelle suggested we switch around the activities to better suit the weather conditions, which was much appreciated as we then did not miss anything. The tarsiers were wonderful to see and we got lucky that a few were very close to the sanctuary. The boat ride on the Loboc river was entertaining with a talented set of singers, the accompanying food was delicious as well.

All round great trip and we managed to get an earlier ferry back to Cebu!

Lee Minh

We went on a 2-day trip (on separate days) to the Chu Chi Tunnels and the Mekong Delta. It was wonderful 2 days and very educational as we learnt about historical facts, I was not aware of before.

The first day was spent at the Chu Chi Tunnels and we had a private guide called Lee, who walked us through the tunnels. He was a very humorous guide and really kept the trip interesting and entertaining. Lee’s relative had fought in the war, so was able to provide valuable insights into the traps and history of the place. We got plenty of time to visit the site and managed to try out the activities (eg. Actually go under the Chu Chi Tunnels). The timing and pacing of the tour were excellent and we returned to Ho Chi Minh in good time to visit the War Museum. Lee was a fantastic guide and I would highly recommend him.

Day 2 was spent at the Mekong Delta with the lovely guide Mia, who was just starting out her tour guide career. We visited various islands and at each destination, we ate different types of food, which was great and interesting to learn the making of such things as chocolate bars. We went on a boat ride and did some cycling through the villages. The lunch was fantastic as well just like all the food in the country. It was Mia’s first tour and I felt she did very well. She was very friendly and tried her best to answer all our questions. She made sure we were always safe and pleased to take pictures on our behalf.

We really enjoyed our 2 days at the sites and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
