Alí Alvarez Bencomo

We, Wolfgang and Thomas from Berlin, had booked Ali as tour guide in November-December 2021. He organized our transfers and the trips to Havana and Pinar del Rio. Under the currently not easy conditions in Cuba, Ali organized everything very well. We have had lasting impressions of Cuba. Ali was always available by phone, WhatsApp or email and answered immediately. He also helped us a lot with a necessary visit to the hospital. Unfortunately we missed a piece of luggage on arrival at the airport in Havana. Here, too, Ali was very supportive.In summary, we would like to recommend Ali with a clear conscience.Ali speaks and writes English very well.Thank you for the great time in Cuba.
